Job description:
As an inside sales representative, you are an essential link between our customers, the outside
service and the internal organisation. You are responsible for processing, preparing
and calculation of quotations and orders submitted by the field service as well as directly by customers.

This position is basically full-time (38 hours) but part-time is negotiable.
Core tasks:
- Processing, preparing and calculating quotations and orders.
- Processing, preparing and calculating enquiries and orders.
- Maintain contact with customers and/or suppliers on pending enquiries and orders.
- Collaborate with field service colleagues, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
Job requirements:
- Education: MBO, preferably technical, and/or commercial administrative.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Accurate, customer-focused and stress-resistant.
- You are eager to learn and willing to build product knowledge.
- You are a good listener and can turn customer needs into concrete questions.
- You are a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Experience Microsoft Office 365 is required.
- You have a good command of Dutch, English ( German is a plus )
- Technical understanding or experience in a technical environment is a distinct advantage.
