Pralltec n'avait qu'un seul objectif en t\u00eate lors de la conception de cette machine : d\u00e9velopper un concasseur mobile sans compromis en termes de performances et de stabilit\u00e9. Id\u00e9alement adapt\u00e9 au traitement sur site, par exemple, du b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 et d'autres d\u00e9chets de construction difficiles \u00e0 traiter, il est convivial, rapidement op\u00e9rationnel et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re flexible. Le r\u00e9sultat est spectaculaire.<\/strong><!--more--><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-832 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geha-laverman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ptpro-medium.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"402\"><\/p>\n<p>Le Pralltec PT1.1Pro est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de parois de pralles hydrauliques qui peuvent d\u00e9vier de 280 mm pour emp\u00eacher les mat\u00e9riaux g\u00eanants de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la chambre de broyage. Le rotor est entra\u00een\u00e9 par un moteur diesel-\u00e9lectrique de 132 kW. Les ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience de Pralltec en mati\u00e8re de concasseurs stationnaires se refl\u00e8tent dans le concept. Pas de science-fiction, mais une technologie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e avec, par exemple, des composants d'usure Hardox et des commandes \u00e9lectroniques Siemens. Le PT1.1Pro est exceptionnellement fiable en fonctionnement. Le remplacement des pi\u00e8ces d'usure telles que les plaques de pralles est tr\u00e8s facile ; les temps d'arr\u00eat sont donc r\u00e9duits au minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un d\u00e9bit allant jusqu'\u00e0 350 tonnes par heure, ce concasseur mobile peut certainement \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 d'exceptionnel dans sa cat\u00e9gorie.
