Et soudain, une demande se fait jour pour quelque chose de compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent de la recette habituelle, par exemple un tambour de tamisage !<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-829 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geha-laverman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/zaansetrommel.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"462\" height=\"326\"><\/p>\n<p>Notre client, une entreprise de recyclage de premier plan, souhaitait am\u00e9liorer son installation de s\u00e9paration existante en installant un tambour de tamisage plus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'usure. Le tambour actuel laissait beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer en termes de qualit\u00e9 et s'av\u00e9rait loin de pouvoir r\u00e9sister aux flux de mat\u00e9riaux hautement abrasifs. Le nouveau tambour de criblage devait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un certain nombre de conditions extr\u00eames, ce qui repr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement un d\u00e9fi int\u00e9ressant pour Geha Laverman.<\/p>\n<div id=\"streamer\" style=\"font-family: hermesnormal; font-size: 18px; color: #00326d; text-align: center; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">la conception et le choix des mat\u00e9riaux doivent-ils \u00e9galement tenir compte de l'avenir ?<\/div>\n<p>Lorsqu'un probl\u00e8me est identifi\u00e9, il est important d'identifier soigneusement les sch\u00e9mas d'usure, d'analyser l'origine de l'usure et la fa\u00e7on dont elle s'est propag\u00e9e. Les sp\u00e9cialistes de Geha Laverman ont d'abord examin\u00e9 le tambour existant et d\u00e9crit avec soin les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. Ensuite, le tambour existant a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 tr\u00e8s soigneusement. Le tambour de tamisage fait partie d'une ligne de convoyage existante ; la taille et donc l'adaptation sont cruciales.<\/p>\n<p>La conception et le choix des mat\u00e9riaux doivent-ils \u00e9galement tenir compte de l'avenir ? C'est l'une des questions que se pose toujours le d\u00e9partement d'ing\u00e9nierie de Geha Laverman. Une question \u00e0 laquelle on r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement en concertation avec le client.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base de l'analyse de l'\u00e9cran actuel et des attentes auxquelles le nouvel \u00e9cran \u00e0 construire devait r\u00e9pondre, toutes les informations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de SolidWorks, une application de CAO\/FAO.<br \/>\nL'un des grands avantages de SolidWorks est que le processus de conception et la construction sont tr\u00e8s transparents pour le client. Non seulement en termes de dimensions, mais aussi en termes de d\u00e9tails spatiaux. SolidWorks offre \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d'inspecter le tambour en 3D avant la production.<\/p>\n<div id=\"streamer\" style=\"font-family: hermesnormal; font-size: 18px; color: #00326d; text-align: center; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">Le laminage est un travail artisanal particuli\u00e8rement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/div>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de la planche \u00e0 dessin \"virtuelle\", l'\u00e9cran passe directement aux machines de d\u00e9coupe CNC, qui d\u00e9coupent les diff\u00e9rents composants dans les plaques HARDOX 450 et HARDOX 400 r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure, avec des tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles tr\u00e8s \u00e9troites.<\/p>\n<p>Les feuilles plates sont ensuite roul\u00e9es. Le laminage n'est jamais automatis\u00e9 et il s'agit d'un travail artisanal particuli\u00e8rement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. C'est au cours de ce processus, qui prend beaucoup de temps, que le tambour prend sa forme ronde.<\/p>\n<p>Le tambour de six m\u00e8tres de long et d'un diam\u00e8tre de plus de deux m\u00e8tres a \u00e9t\u00e9 achemin\u00e9 sur le site par transport sp\u00e9cial. L'assemblage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par notre client comme convenu.
