Jaap aime travailler sur la tamiseuse. Le tamisage fonctionne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9remment pour chaque client. Les machines et les plateaux de tamisage ne diff\u00e8rent pas beaucoup. Le mode de tamisage fait souvent partie de la culture de l'entreprise. Chaque client a une approche diff\u00e9rente, ce qui permet d'apprendre beaucoup de choses. Jaap a la force et la patience d'\u00e9couter toute l'histoire - comment ils ont r\u00e9solu les probl\u00e8mes dans le pass\u00e9. Il aide \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes persistants.<\/p>\n

O\u00f9 les choses se passent-elles le plus souvent mal ? Un mauvais tamisage ou un mauvais tamisage ! Par exemple, j'ai r\u00e9cemment rendu visite \u00e0 un client qui avait trop de longues sections dans son produit fini. Il souhaitait passer \u00e0 un pont tridimensionnel que nous lui avions demand\u00e9. Une fois dans le hall de traitement, j'ai imm\u00e9diatement vu ce qui se passait : trois points de chute par lesquels le produit tombait directement \u00e0 travers une maille. En fait, le produit n'\u00e9tait jamais vraiment \u00e0 plat sur l'\u00e9cran. Ces points probl\u00e9matiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement corrig\u00e9s. Et avec le succ\u00e8s, les probl\u00e8mes ont disparu. Il suffisait de r\u00e9gler et d'ajuster la machine. \u00c0 cause de ce conseil, j'ai manqu\u00e9 une bonne commande - elle n'\u00e9tait pas n\u00e9cessaire et aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 un mauvais investissement pour le client. C'\u00e9tait un peu dur \u00e0 avaler !<\/p>\n

En outre, le criblage est souvent effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 trop petite \u00e9chelle. Les plateaux de criblage se bouchent alors tr\u00e8s rapidement. Cela ne fonctionnera jamais. Choisir de l'acier \u00e0 ressort alors qu'il faudrait plut\u00f4t opter pour de l'acier inoxydable ! L'acier \u00e0 ressort rouille, ce qui le rend plus rigide et favorise le colmatage.<\/p>\n

Si vous voulez tamiser tr\u00e8s finement, votre mat\u00e9riau doit \u00eatre soit sec, soit bien humide, sinon vous \u00eates assur\u00e9 d'avoir des probl\u00e8mes. De nombreux probl\u00e8mes peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solus en changeant de type de tamis et si vous voulez pouvoir s\u00e9parer plusieurs produits sur le m\u00eame tamis, le syst\u00e8me Clip-Tec en plastique est souvent une bonne solution car, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une large gamme de versions diff\u00e9rentes, il s'adapte tr\u00e8s bien au produit.<\/p>\n

Retour aux tamis. Ce qui reste le plus important, c'est la taille des mailles. Plus le tamis est petit, plus la capacit\u00e9 de production est faible. Si un produit doit avoir une taille de 26 mm, vous n'opterez pas pour une taille de maille de 25 mm. Un retour d'information constant sur la composition de votre produit final vous permet de faire le bon choix en mati\u00e8re de tamisage et de tirer le meilleur parti de votre production.<\/p>\n

Parfois, d'autres facteurs entrent en jeu. Par exemple, certains clients optent pour le PU en raison du niveau de bruit. Les cribles en PU sont beaucoup plus silencieux que les cribles en acier. Si la capacit\u00e9 de votre installation de criblage le permet, vous pouvez passer de l'acier au PU sans probl\u00e8me. Mais m\u00eame si ce n'est pas le cas, il arrive que l'on opte pour une petite perte de capacit\u00e9, par exemple dans le cas d'une installation mobile dans une zone r\u00e9sidentielle.<\/p>\n

Il n'est pas rare que Jaap se mette au travail avec un programme de CAO pour trouver une disposition de tamis qui compte vraiment : toujours en gardant \u00e0 l'esprit la qualit\u00e9 du produit final et la capacit\u00e9 de production.
