Notre partenaire HEKO Ketten a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9largi son programme de livraison aux produits KoWey. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa grande exp\u00e9rience dans l'industrie du ciment, KoWey d\u00e9veloppe des types de cha\u00eenes tr\u00e8s performants, dont une nouvelle cha\u00eene centrale. Lors d'une premi\u00e8re conversion d'un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 cha\u00eene, Geha Laverman a utilis\u00e9 ce nouveau type de cha\u00eene...  <\/strong>\"\"<\/p>\n

Le client, une entreprise manufacturi\u00e8re n\u00e9erlandaise, utilisait un type de cha\u00eene obsol\u00e8te qui ne pouvait plus \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 ou r\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des pi\u00e8ces de rechange. Des temps d'arr\u00eat extr\u00eamement co\u00fbteux dus \u00e0 la rupture d'une cha\u00eene n'\u00e9taient pas impensables. Une reconstruction drastique de l'ascenseur entra\u00eenant sa mise hors service n'\u00e9tait pas du tout envisageable. Geha Laverman a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver une solution, et elle est venue !<\/p>\n

En collaboration avec les sp\u00e9cialistes de HEKO, le choix s'est port\u00e9 sur un type de cha\u00eene forg\u00e9e, dont les dimensions d'installation sont pratiquement identiques, mais dont les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es. Une cha\u00eene forg\u00e9e dans un mat\u00e9riau tremp\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9.
\nAfin de minimiser les temps d'arr\u00eat pendant l'assemblage, l'ensemble de la r\u00e9vision de la cha\u00eene a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail, avec des anneaux de roulement de cha\u00eene adapt\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision aux moyeux de roue existants. En outre, les godets de l'\u00e9l\u00e9vateur ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'intervention des sp\u00e9cialistes de KoWey sur le site de production, le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l'assemblage de la cha\u00eene, des godets et des roues, \u00e0 l'alignement et au red\u00e9marrage de l'ascenseur a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit \u00e0 quelques jours.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
