Mais les similitudes ne s'arr\u00eatent pas l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il s'agissait donc d'un autre projet o\u00f9 l'on s'attendait \u00e0 une personnalisation dans un d\u00e9lai extr\u00eamement serr\u00e9. Et, tout \u00e0 fait dans le style de l'autre \"travail\", ici aussi une ligne de production efficace a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour r\u00e9aliser pas moins de 104 racleurs de cha\u00eene sp\u00e9ciaux, chacun pesant 110 kg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ligne de production trop complexe pour \u00eatre automatis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les poutres de raclage requises, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 un convoyeur \u00e0 cha\u00eene, formaient un produit soud\u00e9 complexe compos\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s de HARDOX. C'est pourquoi, malgr\u00e9 la grande s\u00e9rie de plus de cent pi\u00e8ces, le travail de soudage n'a pas pu \u00eatre automatis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ici aussi, une \u00e9quipe de soudeurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e pour travailler 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu plus d'une semaine de temps d'arr\u00eat avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte - cela ne pouvait et ne devait pas \u00eatre plus long ! La livraison quotidienne des racleurs finis sur le site du client \u00e9tait essentielle pour que l'\u00e9quipe d'assemblage sur place puisse \u00e9galement travailler \u00e0 plein temps. Comme le poids total d'environ 12 tonnes le permettait, les transports quotidiens vers le client ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en interne. De cette mani\u00e8re, la chronologie au sein de la cha\u00eene a pu \u00eatre maintenue avec une certaine flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travail quotidien ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La livraison juste \u00e0 temps n'est pas (encore) une t\u00e2che quotidienne pour Geha Laverman. Le parc de machines de Geha Laverman, qui ne cesse de s'agrandir, permet de faire toujours plus.
