Un quart de si\u00e8cle plus tard, ils travaillent toujours dans le m\u00eame espace et au m\u00eame poste. Malgr\u00e9 des fen\u00eatres donnant litt\u00e9ralement sur les clients, une existence sans espoir pourrait-on dire....<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Au contraire\", r\u00e9pondent unanimement les deux jubilaires. Chez Geha Laverman, aucun jour ne se ressemble et nous nous surprenons chaque jour...\". Leur existence aventureuse ne les a m\u00eame pas pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 chercher un poste vacant int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Cha\u00eenes et plaques d'armure<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dennis : \"Ce qui rend le travail ici agr\u00e9able, c'est que de vieilles connaissances me rendent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement visite en tant que clients. Il s'agit souvent de connaissances d'entreprises de la r\u00e9gion de Zaan. Et de temps en temps, m\u00eame le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense repasse par ici, avec une commande urgente de blindages d\u00e9montables, sp\u00e9cialement pour les v\u00e9hicules blind\u00e9s n\u00e9erlandais en Afghanistan, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Fokke ajoute : \"Par ailleurs, j'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait fabriquer des cha\u00eenes sp\u00e9ciales pour les \"dog tags\" (la plaque d'identit\u00e9 typique de l'arm\u00e9e, ndlr) pour une commande de l'arm\u00e9e, y compris des bo\u00eetes avec le num\u00e9ro de l'OTAN\".<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2262\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geha-laverman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/FokkeDennis.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>Les deux \u00e9quilibrent le partage de la grande diversit\u00e9 des clients, qui reviennent toujours, t\u00f4t ou tard.<\/p>\n<p>Dennis revient sur le pass\u00e9 : \"Lorsque j'ai commenc\u00e9, il n'y avait pas de service sur le terrain comme c'est le cas aujourd'hui, apr\u00e8s la fusion avec Laverman. Nous ne nous rendions chez les clients que sur demande.  Fokke : \"Si vous regardez dehors aujourd'hui, il y a au moins mille tonnes de HARDOX qui attendent d'\u00eatre trait\u00e9es, mais cela n'a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas\".<br \/>\nAutrefois, pour chaque commande, il fallait v\u00e9rifier si une nouvelle feuille de HARDOX devait \u00eatre command\u00e9e et elle \u00e9tait livr\u00e9e par SSAB au bout d'une semaine. Avec un peu de chance, il en restait encore en stock\".<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mon p\u00e8re fabrique des montagnes russes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Fokke raconte : \"Lorsque Theo (van Schie, ndlr) a pris les r\u00eanes, la dynamique s'est vraiment acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e et nous sommes pass\u00e9s d'une, \u00e0 deux..., \u00e0 trois salles. Des investissements consid\u00e9rables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les \u00e9quipements et les machines. Des travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans tous les secteurs. Nous avons m\u00eame eu des clients du secteur de la p\u00eache et de la mer, comme Allseas il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, que nous n'avions jamais eus auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant mes vacances d'\u00e9t\u00e9, j'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis de l'exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine des cha\u00eenes de transmission et des convoyeurs, et c'est ainsi que j'ai d\u00fb un jour fournir une cha\u00eene pour entra\u00eener les montagnes russes Splash \u00e0 Duinrell. \"Mon p\u00e8re fabrique des montagnes russes\", r\u00e9pondaient invariablement mes enfants lorsqu'on leur demandait quel \u00e9tait le m\u00e9tier de leur p\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>On peut aussi poser trop de questions...<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Bien que nous stockions un grand nombre de produits standard pour nos clients r\u00e9guliers, nous recevons presque chaque jour un appel pour une question particuli\u00e8re concernant un produit que nous appelons ici \"sp\u00e9cial\". Les questions sur les \"sp\u00e9ciaux\" nous parviennent par l'interm\u00e9diaire du personnel de terrain, mais il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'entreprises qui nous ont trouv\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre site web. Vous voulez imm\u00e9diatement comprendre leur probl\u00e8me, le produit, ce qu'ils recherchent et les exigences auxquelles il doit r\u00e9pondre\", explique Dennis.<\/p>\n<p>Fokke r\u00e9pond : \"Il m'est arriv\u00e9 de poser tellement - trop - de questions que les gens m'ont annonc\u00e9, exasp\u00e9r\u00e9s, que j'allais mettre fin \u00e0 la conversation. Je me sens simplement oblig\u00e9 de demander tout ce que j'ai besoin de savoir pour donner de bons conseils\".<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Panorama de clients purement enthousiastes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Une fois que Fokke et Dennis ont gagn\u00e9 la confiance du client avec beaucoup de passion, le \"parcours du client\" - le \"customer-journey\", comme on l'appelle en termes marketing approximatifs - ne peut que commencer chez Geha Laverman.<\/p>\n<p>\u00catre ing\u00e9nieur commercial, c'est planifier l'ensemble du parcours, y compris les consultations, les points de contr\u00f4le et les d\u00e9lais de livraison.
