Juni dieses Jahres keine Fiktion mehr: der PT1.1Pro. Pralltec hatte bei der Konstruktion dieser Maschine nur ein Ziel vor Augen: einen in Bezug auf Leistung und Stabilit\u00e4t kompromisslosen mobilen Brecher zu entwickeln. Ideal geeignet f\u00fcr die Aufbereitung von z.B. Stahlbeton und anderen schwer zu verarbeitenden Bauabf\u00e4llen vor Ort, bedienerfreundlich, schnell einsatzbereit und flexibel einsetzbar. Das Ergebnis ist spektakul\u00e4r.<\/strong><!--more--><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-832 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geha-laverman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ptpro-medium.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"402\"><\/p>\n<p>Der Pralltec PT1.1Pro ist mit hydraulischen Prallw\u00e4nden ausgestattet, die 280 mm ablenken k\u00f6nnen, um zu verhindern, dass st\u00f6rende Materialien in die Brechkammer gelangen. Der Rotor wird von einem 132 kW Diesel-Elektromotor angetrieben. Die jahrelange Erfahrung von Pralltec mit station\u00e4ren Brechern spiegelt sich in diesem Konzept wider. Keine \"Raketenwissenschaft\", sondern bew\u00e4hrte Technik, z.B. mit Hardox-Verschlei\u00dfkomponenten und elektronischer Siemens-Steuerung. Der PT1.1Pro ist au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich zuverl\u00e4ssig im Betrieb. Das Auswechseln von Verschlei\u00dfteilen wie Prallplatten ist sehr einfach; die Stillstandszeiten werden dadurch auf ein Minimum reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer Durchsatzleistung von bis zu 350 Tonnen pro Stunde ist dieser mobile Brecher in seiner Klasse sicherlich unverwechselbar.
